A fantastic poster advertising a concert by the Rolling Stones played at the Carlton Ballroom in Slough, in the UK on Wednesday 22nd April 1964. The poster also mentions The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Searchers and Eden Kane who were to play shows in the coming weeks. Tickets to see the Stones for that night were 7/6d, or thirty seven and a half pence in todays money!!!!!!

A fantastic line up of bands, all for the princely sum of 20 pence!!! On the bill on Sunday, 1st November, 1964 were, The Rolling Stones, The Yardbirds, The Pretty Things and The Birds, featuring a young Ron Wood, who of course eventually went on to play guitar with the Stones. The gig was played at the 'Face Club' in Grantham, UK.
